FAQ'S
Q:  Can I use older reports toward my total amount I have for the year?   I would like to have all my trips, even ones from the last few years, in one place.

A:  Yes.  You can send in reports from anytime to count toward your yearly quota.

Q:  Do I get to choose the design of my webpages?

A:  No.  The design is stock and is done that way to provide the service to you at a reasonable cost.

Q:  What kind of payments do you accept? 

A:  We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.  We will accept checks if you select the annual payment option.  When you sign up, you may find that the Paypal option appears to be the only payment method available.  To pay with a credit card, just choose the option that states: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)."

Q:  What if I don't use all of my reports in a year?  Do they roll over to the next year?

A:  No.  The pricing is set up for up to the maximum amount.  For example, under the Basic Plan (up to 25 reports per year), the price is the same for 5 reports as it is for 25 reports.

Q:  Do you check the spelling and/or grammar of the reports that I submit?

A:  No.  We post exactly what is sent to us.  We recommend doing your report with a word processor (like Microsoft Word) and use the spell checker there if you so choose.

Q:  What if I have a few more reports than the maximum in my plan?  Do I have to pay for the next level of service?

A:  No.  You can opt to pay for the extra reports individually at the price of $3.50 per report.  You will receive an individual invoice for any extra reports upon submission.

Q:  If I decide to cancel my plan, How do I do that and will you send me all of my reports?

A:  All you have to do to cancel is contact us at orders@customfishingreports.com and we will deactivate your account.  We keep a backup of everything submitted, but do recommend that you do the same as we cannot guarantee everything will be saved.  We will work with you to send back any information we have regarding your account.

Q:  Do you have a discount for groups/clubs? 

A:  No.  We keep our prices as low as possible for everyone so that leaves no room for discounts.  We do however offer the free option of  setting up a Club page for you where all of your members pages  can be located in one place.  If you are interested in that option, just send us an email and we will get your club set up.
